My Mission:

My goal is to capture a time in your life that you want to remember, just the way you want to remember it. Favorite toys, activities, pets, people and places are just a few of the elements I like to incorporate into photographs and portraits. We all go through so many phases, and life goes by so quickly that it is my mission to photograph those important moments in a way that you will remember them exactly how they are.

This is my sister and her family. They put up a good fight, but I managed to get a few good shots out of them! :)

This little girl was my "assistant" for this shoot of her and her family. She told me just how she wanted them to be posed and what she thought they should do. It was great!! I loved hearing her ideas!

I have watched this little family grow and it's been so fun to watch them grow up too since they live down the street! I'm so excited that I got to do their pictures this year before they move away from us... a whole mile away! :)

Baby C

This little man decided to take a break from his "sleep all day" schedule to play with me and I'm so glad he did! He is such a sweetheart. I could have photographed him all day long!!

Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation

On Halloween I had the opportunity (thanks to my wonderful friend Brooke!) to be a photographer for the JDRF at their annual "Walk for the Cure." It was amazing how many people came out to support the cause and the costumes were all fun to see too!

How cute is this boy band?? They were actually really good too!

Ribbon cut at the starting line

Batman and Superman made a special appearance to cut the ribbon for the "Fun Walk".
This was the sight along the ENTIRE route.

Round 1

We have a special bond with this family and I feel so privileged to be able to do their family pictures this year! They lost a wonderful husband and father, and my husband lost a very good friend, a little over a year ago. The littlest wasn't born yet, but we are all just amazed at how much he looks like his daddy! They are all wearing their daddy's neckties. I thought this was an AWESOME idea! (We will also be going to another location to get some more-hence "Round 1"- so look for those in the near future!)
